A warm-weather version of our winter staple breakfast. 5 minutes + 4 ingredients- perfect for hectic mornings!
Ingredients
Basics
  • ½ cup old-fashioned oats
  • 1 cup nondairy milk
  • 1-2 tablespoons ground flaxseed
  • ½ cup fruit
Extras
  • Nuts/nut butter
  • Sweetener: stevia, honey, maple syrup
  • Shredded coconut
  • Dried fruit
  • Cocoa powder
Instructions
The Night Before
  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and stir.
  2. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
In The Morning
  1. Add any additional toppings and enjoy!
