Manly Vegan Overnight Oats

Nuts and seeds beef up the world's simplest breakfast.
  • ¾ cup rolled oats
  • 2 heaping tablespoons ground flax seed
  • 1.5 cups nondairy milk (I use soy or almond)
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen fruit
  • ¼ cup nuts or seeds
  • 2 heaping tablespoons peanut butter
  1. Put all the ingredients in a bowl and stir to combine
  2. Refrigerate overnight
  3. Enjoy in the morning
