You’re two ingredients away from sweet tooth satisfaction. Feeling fancy? Add cinnamon, vanilla extract, peanut butter, or cocoa powder.
- 4 bananas (peeled, broken into chunks and frozen)
- 1 cup nondairy milk (you may need a little more or less depending on your blender and size of bananas)
- Combine frozen bananas and milk in blender and blend until creamy and thick. If your blender has difficulty blending smoothly, add a splash more milk.
