  • 1 (very ripe) banana
  • ¼ cup almond butter (or any nut butter)
  • ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ½ cup quick oats
  • ¼ cup chocolate chips
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. In a bowl, mash banana and nut butter together until it forms a smooth paste.
  3. Add remaining ingredients and mix until incorporated.
  4. Scoop heaping-tablespoon-sized balls of dough onto parchment paper lined cooked sheet.
  5. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
