5 Minute Ramen

  • 1 package Dr. McDougall's Miso Ramen dried soup (see below for link)
  • ½ package frozen stir fry vegetable blend (or any frozen vegetables - broccoli, peppers, greens, etc.)
Optional Additions
  • Miso paste
  • Tahini paste
  • Crushed red pepper
  • Dulse flakes
  • Sesame seeds
  • Hot sauce
  1. Prepare dried soup according to directions on the package.
  2. Defrost frozen vegetables in the microwave or in a saucepan on the stove.
  3. Pour hot soup over defrosted vegetables. Add optional toppings, and enjoy!
