Who are we?
Kayli is a dietitian. Through cooking classes and nutrition coaching, she has helped many plant-curious people change their eating habits for life. Now Kayli works at Lighter, a company on a mission to make pant-based eating easy. Kayli is also the chief author of the Plantrician Project Plant-Based QuickStart Guide.
James is an energy efficiency engineer (a.k.a. shameless treehugger). According to James, nothing is more manly than eating plants. James demolishes the “wimpy” stigma associated with eating plants and tweaks recipes to make them a little more manly. We call it “dude food” at our house.
