In our last email newsletter, you may have seen the announcement of our upcoming 7-Day Plant-based Challenge. In a nutshell, we’re going to make it super simple to eat a 100% plant-based diet for one week. Here’s what to expect.
If you’re new to plant-based, we’ll help ease you into it by removing a lot of the work and providing the motivation you need to stick with it. If you’re a seasoned plant eater, this might help you get back on track and remind you why you made this change in the first place.
Here’s how we’ll help:
- 7-day plant-based meal plan and recipes – basic, easy recipes that have become staples in our kitchen. Think “easy” means they lack flavor? Think again.
- Bonus “Gather” recipes meant to be shared. (so grab your friends and family and sign them up for the challenge too!)
- Full grocery list – everything you need to make the recipes in the meal plan
- Daily emails with our best advice on how to make plant-based work for you
Have questions? You aren’t alone – there will be many other plant eaters taking the challenge with you. Use #planteatersmanifesto to share your progress with everyone.
